Waves Junior Programs

Learn to Play (5-10 years)

Grab your Learn to Play Passport and let’s go!

A 10-week term based program whereby participants will be graded in week 1 and assigned to one of three levels, Rookie, Pro or MVP (across three courts).

As they work through the levels they will get their passport checked off by our Coaches and/or Program Director once they are competent in the specific skill and upon graduation of their level will receive a progression Jibbit/Charm.

This program is designed for beginners to teach your child the fundamental movement and basketball skills, including the ‘SUPER 6’ skillset in a fun and inclusive setting.

Our Coaches will focus on making the sessions engaging, challenging, but most importantly, FUN!

This program is a great way for your child to become game-ready for when it’s time to register in the Under 11/12 Waves Domestic Competition.
