Avondale is Buzzing

Avondale Skills & Drills Continues to Grow.

The courts at Avondale are buzzing with energy every Thursday night as the Central Coast Waves Basketball Skills & Drills Program brought together young athletes from across the Cooranbong and Watagan Mountains region.

With numbers continuing to grow each week, it has been fantastic to see so many enthusiastic players developing their basketball skills, building confidence and having fun in a positive learning environment.

A big thank you to Coach Brady, Coach Caleb and Coach Tyjean for their dedication and leadership in delivering engaging and valuable sessions for our young ballers.

The strong participation and excitement surrounding the program are laying the foundation for what promises to be a strong and thriving competition in 2027.

We would also like to thank Avondale School for their ongoing support and for welcoming the Central Coast Waves community to their fantastic facility. Together, we are helping basketball grow stronger than ever in the region.
